- My name is nikki and I am 27 years old. I was born and raised in CO and now live in MN. I started this blog in memory of my beloved American Saddlebred Spider who was my horse soul mate. I had the pleasure of having him in my life for 11 years. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 28. I miss him terribly but I know we'll be together again someday. I currently have 3 horses and a dog who are my own but I also claim my parents critters which are 2 horses and 2 dogs. My life is crazy but my critters keep me sane! Hi! I just met your mom and horses last night when we were picking up hay. She told me about your blog (couldn't help but check it out ;) ) and I must say you have some gorgeous pictures!

Thanks for stopping by Amber! My Mom was talking about you too :) Maybe you guys can stop by one weekend that I'm off. I wish I could plan something "horsey" to do but mine need more training first. :)
That would be really really cool! We could probably have you over one weekend too and go out for a ride...though we don't have anything for pretty trails, we have gravel roads at least :).
I bet it won't take too much and you will have your kids ready for some riding. They seemed like nice horses.
